Very short maceration. After 3-4 days, it was pressed to finish the fermentation in the absence of the skins. 13.5% Vol., pH 3.45 AT 4.6g/L.
Vintage 2021. Extremely rainy spring with significant mildew infections that reduced the amount of the harvest by up to 25%. The quality of this Tempranillo from the Sierra de Enguera was acceptable, although not exceptional.
In the interior of the Sierra de Enguera the iconic Finca Toñuna can be found. This 10-year-old irrigated vineyard gave us a production of 4.5 kg/vine. From the deep soils, rich in organic matter, with a loamy structure, this unique small grain Tempranillo is born.

Bright red colour. Very clean and transparent wine. Good aromatic intensity and
complexity. Intense floral aromas and fresh fruit, currant, blackberry, cherry. Light citrus aromas and subtle vegetal notes that complete the great variety of aromas. On the palate it is really pleasant, slightly aggressive tannins, although compensated with good acidity. On the palate it is light and with a short aftertaste.
Ideal wine to drink in the company of a delicious conversation.
This is a wine to enjoy today. Although it can be bottled, the expressiveness of the wine is greater the younger it is consumed.
Consume between 2022 and 2024.
