100% Monastrell
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 3 days, very short pumps, 15-20 min, twice, daily. Fermentative maceration at 25ºC. Pressed 5 days after vatting. Aged for 8 months in first-second use French oak barrels. 9 years of aging in the bottle. 13.5% Vol., pH 3.65, AT 5.12g/L.
Vintage 2019. Undoubtedly one of the most difficult vintages of the century. The intense rains that fell in September will go down in the history of the region, causing significant damage to our vineyard. We obtained very little production from this Monastrell and an exhaustive selection of the vineyard was necessary. The cool nights allowed a good phenolic maturity to be obtained and, although somewhat low, the alcoholic strength levels were acceptable.
Selected manual harvest from Monsastrell de Casa Lluch. The soils are poor, extremely limestone and clayey. 19-year-old rainfed vineyard with an average production of 3.2 kg/vine.

Paradigma represents the paradigm of the Monastrell grape. Used to warm, robust and occasionally heavy Monastrell wines, with intense extraction and long aging, Paradigma is a Monastrell made like continental climate wines, with light macerations and light aging in barrels. The result is an elegant, fine and very versatile wine to pair with a wide variety of
products. Intense red color, the mineral aromas expressed by the Casa Lluch terroir stand out. Aromas of cocoa, chocolate, toffee and spices. Well polished tannin, pleasant on the palate, very fine.
Paradigma is a Monastrell that evolves wonderfully in the bottle, bringing out intensely the nuances of the Terres dels Alforins terroir.
Consume between 2022 and 2030.
